Depression UK is a registered charity run by volunteers, who have themselves experienced feelings of depression and overcome this illness. They will understand exactly how you may be feeling right now.
Our volunteers try to respond to enquiries within a few days, holiday and other commitments permitting. Any packs of information we may send to you are posted out under plain cover.
